When we were taking Virtual Book Tour Secrets this year with our good friend Alex Mandossian, on one of the Friday's FAQ calls he discussed the 4 Levels of Consciousness (or what he called competency).

Those 4 levels being as follows:

• Unconscious Incompetence (UI)
• Conscious Incompetence (CI)
• Conscious Competence (CC)
• Unconscious Competence (UC)

We thought that he had done such a good job explaining it verbally, we thought we could enhance it with a visual presentation. So with his permission we created the Spectacular Presentation below.

Now what we found to be very interesting is that he posted this as a blog entry called Your 4 Levels of Competency, and were amazed at the comments he received on it.
