Repurposing Your Presentations on Twitter – A New Series
Today begins a brand new 7 part series on The "Top 7 Reasons to Repurpose Your Presentations on Twitter". Do these small things and you will increase your traffic, reach more prospects and connect with your market.
Reason 1 – It's Social – One of the rules in a Social Network (SN) is to be 80% social and 20% informative. Twitter is one SN where your current customers and potential customers can learn to “know, like and trust” you. When you are being helpful with your presentations and articles you are also being social, and as you are being social you are also marketing and informing.
We'll be back tomorrow for Reason 2…

I like it! I've heard people who think they should have one twitter account for "business" and one for personal stuff… I disagree with them and completely with you. It is how people get to "know you" which makes them want to work with you. (You hope, anyway!) Heck, I've gotten to know, like and trust you on twitter so you are doing something right!

I have only one account on Twitter, and my bio states what I do (solo law practitioner) as well as a little of who I am (parent of teens with disabilities). Twitter, unlike other networking sites with which I have an account, is the place where I balance and include who I am with what I do and what I care about.
Interaction with others seems to be a fundamental need of humans. Twitter allows quick thoughts and free-flow of real-time. We can be real and allow others to be the same. We live in the land of let's pretend, so Twitter, is a breath of fresh air or perhaps better said, wind beneath our wings. Spreading love one person at a time…
Pat and Lorna, I am enjoying watching how you give so much to others, that it is easy for them to love you back! Congratulations on those 27 years of parking lot love!
